For Fontainebleau Las Vegas, I art directed a series of photo and video assets designed to support the hotel’s recruitment marketing efforts as the newly opened property built its world-class team. The campaign highlights the people behind the guest experience—from bartenders and waitstaff to concierges, lifeguards, and bell staff—capturing the energy and prestige of working at Fontainebleau. I helped lead the visual direction of the shoot, developing props and wardrobe styling while collaborating with the production team to shape compositions and shot selection that reflected the brand’s elevated, luxurious hospitality.
